didn't follow up on a problem with the transactioin. inaccurate item description

Item was missing parts, said they would cover expense there, never heard back.

Poor comm. Emailed & called about bad item. Took paypal dispute to resolve.

Item did not work, send seller e-mail and did not answer.

Item did not function upon delivery! Emailed twice no response, Not recommended!

Seller quoted shipping cost of $55 before I bid then billed me $85 after I won!!

Once you cancel a Paypal dispute, you cannot reopen it for any reason. FLTreasures is known to demand that you close the Paypal dispute before he gives a refund. Your only chance is to continue with the Paypal dispute.
